Introduction to 'The Anti-Cannabis Claims Challenge'

To The Australian Government (Yes all of you, individual and as a collective),

You've stopped the real thing which is a medicine, food, textile, construction material, paper, plastic replacement, all manner of industry product and very pro-environment and indeed very pro-human advancement - YET you allow a synthetic of the real thing, blatantly made and publicly promoted for people to use to 'get off their face', which is apparently why you stop the real thing in the first place.

Cannabis = No
Synthetic Cannabis = Yes
HOW DOES THAT WORK? ...

I challenge you to a 12 month trial of your so called claims - let's put your argument to the test - it shall not be rigged like anything else you do to determine an outcome - the details - Actions, measurements, outcomes etc... - will all be open table, fully transparent and accountable (to the point where wiki-leaks will have nothing to publish. get the picture - no cheating!)

THE OUTCOME SHALL BE:
- if it is proven that you have it right and that cannabis is a menace to society, then you shall have proven your point and you can go on with your anti-cannabis policies.
- if it is proven that you have it wrong and that cannabis is of benefit to society, then you shall relinquish all anti-cannabis holds and restrictions on the positive development and evolution of humans and cannabis together as it should be!

NEWS RELEASE: Cannabis Treaty Convoy!

PRESENTS TERMS
PARLIAMENT

23rd August 2011

On the 23 of August we will be going to NSW Parliament House to hand over our terms for a treaty on cannabis.

A treaty will be drawn up and presented to the Secretary of Health as it is the Health Department that control the Growing and Possession of cannabis in NSW for medical purposes. We will be asking that person to discuss a treaty.

With the help and support of the Hemp Embassy we will be asking everyone to come down and support this.

Bring a joint or we will be dispensing cannabis tincture free of charge to all who bring a letter from their doctor stating they have an illness cannabis is known to treat.

We will also be asking the NSW Health Minister to issue a Card protecting patients from harassment. This should have been done a long time ago in accordance with the TGA Special Access Scheme. If they are unwilling to provide this medicine they cannot stop you from providing your own. This is in Law.

If the Secretary of Health will not talk, or if for some reason they do not exist, as has been implied in some correspondence, then we will be going straight to the NSW High Court.

A letter of Notice has been sent to the NSW Health Department advising action will be taken on that day.

It is time to stand up and show we have the courage. Not only to help ourselves but to help others less fortunate. Lets help them have a quality of life they deserve.

Lets sit down and have a smoke or a cookie or even a home made tincture - whatever you like.

Lets sit down and actually talk about the end of the 100 year war.

***

The Nimbin HEMP Embassy will be sending a delegation to Sydney departing from the Embassy monday morning 22nd to support the Mullaways Medical Cannabis protest. Anyone interested in joining or supporting in any way the convoy to the Big Smoke please contact the Embassy.

We have known Tony for a long time and his extraordinary efforts to show how beneficial cannabis is as a medicine have left us all in his wake. We know dozens of people who have discovered tremendous pain relief through Tony's efforts and we will support him wherever possible.

As Tony says, it is against his culture to refuse to help someones suffering if he can. We feel the same.

NO KRIS YOU'RE WRONG :)...

RE: The concerns of fear & propaganda driven anti-cannabis claims!

Hi Everyone (Kris), Cannabis Medicines are now made so that THC levels are regulated - This Means the medicinal effects can safely go to work for people who NEED! this medicine, especially but not limited to the elderly who may prefer abstaining from, or could not cope with, lifestyle changes that can be influenced by the 'high' experience...

TWO CORE ISSUES for concern in the industry, which have come out of various reports - specifically our government commissioned ‘Report of the Working Party on the Use of Cannabis for Medical Purposes’ August 2000 - are the administration of medical cannabis via smoking raw product and the risks associated to recreational use.

Mullaways Medical Cannabis Pty.Ltd. Research and Development has developed a new cannabis derived medicine providing solutions to these, and more, core issues:

* Cannot be used to get 'high' in any way, shape or form (THC levels are extremely low at more than 50 times lower than TGA stipulations (Therapeutic Goods Administration, Australian Government).

* Cannot be administered by smoking in any way, shape or form (liquid tincture administered orally).

Medical Cannabis heals and relieves sufferers of chronic illness and chronic pain — where other medicines fail! ...

NB: THC levels may also be managed on a case basis for those medicants, the terminally ill for example, who wish to feel or need the respite of pleasantness while managing their condition...

Care to join the humane?... Have a read around - educate yourself! :)... Share and educate others :)...

Mullaways Medical Cannabis Pty. Ltd. Update:

Letter to Government
(25/05/2011)
...Copy of Email sent to Government today...

<Begin Email:>

From: Mullaways Medical Cannabis Pty. Ltd.
To: Government (Ministers and Members of Parliament)
Sent: Wednesday, May 25, 2011
Subject: MEDICAL CANNABIS

To ALL involved,

I have written to you, asking for a meeting to discuss this very serious matter that confronts us... but it seems it has fallen on deaf ears again.

I am not prepared to stand back any longer and watch our young go to jail because they tried to help their aunty or uncle or even worse their parents: Imagine watching your son or daughter go to jail when you are dying and in extreme pain knowing that all they were doing was try to help, imagine your last thoughts not being able to see your son or daughter and tell them you’re sorry...

Imagine the contempt the people in these situations must feel for you. If there really is a heaven and a hell, then these people are there waiting.

The people that I talk to want legalisation and I understand some of their argument, but it has not been what I was trying to achieve. I hope you fully understand that over the years I have gathered all the information I need to achieve just that. I also know that over 57% of this state would vote for it... so to all the doubters that thought I could not get this far, think again.

I was given this task by country. I was judged by our government to be a ‘fit and proper person’ to do the job at hand; if you are now unwilling to talk then I will talk to the people and unlike you I will give them what they want.

So please understand the consequences of the indignant attitudes that you have taken as I know the outcome, I win. It would be best to be at least talking at the finish.

I hope that you have looked at all my letters and paperwork, it will tell you I’m not doing this to make friends ~ but if I have made new ones along the way, that will be a bonus.

Mullaways Medical Cannabis Pty. Ltd. Public Notice

Mullaways Medical Cannabis Pty. Ltd.

ACN: 133 809 382

Public Notice:

23/05/2011

Out of Compassion;
Into a Medical Cannabis Future!
Mullaways Medical Cannabis Pty. Ltd. is committed to providing you, and the millions of other Australians in need of medical cannabis treatment, with safe, effective and affordable medical cannabis products.

For the past 10 years now, Tony (Mullaway) Bower of Mullaways Medical Cannabis Pty. Ltd. has offered free medical tincture to those in need. Seeing those in pain and knowing the benefits of his tincture, Tony has not been able to sit idle and not offer his help...

However, with the rapidly growing number of people in chronic need requesting his help and tincture; in the ‘one-man-operation’ capacity that he currently operates, Tony is struggling to keep up supply.

Spanner in the Works...

Mullaways Medical Cannabis Pty. Ltd. requires NSW Health approval on its submission to commence commercial operations in NSW... providing you with the medical attention you need!

NSW Health has been sitting on Mullaways Medical Cannabis Pty. Ltd. submission for over 18months..., the only obstacle left preventing you from the medical attention that you need!!

Please Note: Tony Bower is continuing to help as many people as he can. All current and new successful applicants will continue to be listed on Mullaways Clinical Trials Register and will be kept informed on the Trials status and commencement date.

Unfortunately, the commencement date for the clinical trials of Mullaways Tincture is dependent upon our government which is currently standing still on this crisis!!!

.... People are Suffering & Dying with chronic illness & chronic pain

ineffectively treated with harmful pharmaceutical regimes ~

It’s not good enough! ....

Let’s - Every One - Do What We Can To Help,
Today!
What You Can Do To Help:

Ø  Write a simple email or letter:
Express your needs and support for Mullaways Medical Cannabis Tincture to be made accessible and available to you... and your concern for the state of our country’s Health Services with the prohibition of the local manufacture and production of an effective and ‘best known’ medicine...

Write to your Local Member of Parliament and request that they ‘represent’ your needs, concerns and support in a timely (urgent!) manner to NSW Health as well as all other relevant and appropriate government personnel;

Ø  Send a copy to the following list of Ministers:
Our Local Members and Ministers have a responsibility to represent us and a responsibility to respond to us. Remember; it's our government, our representative body, it needs our guidance, insight and information...
